1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. To identify and support talented young researchers, to promote the professional growth of scientific youth, to encourage the creative activity of young scientists in conducting research, the Russian National Congress of X-ray Diagnosticians and Physicians once a year awards professor Yu.N. Sokolov prize to young scientists for the best research paper on radiation diagnostics.

1.2. The competition for the prize for young scientists is held in the section “Radiation Diagnostics”.

1.3. For the award of a prize to young scientists, research papers performed by the authors themselves are accepted. The authors of research papers that took 1, 2 and 3 places are awarded with diplomas of degree 1, 2 and 3 laureates.

1.4. Prizes for the best research paper are valuable gifts. The paper winning the first place will be considered for publication in the form of an article in the “Russian Electronic Journal of Radiation Diagnostics (REJR)”, which is included in the list of peer-reviewed scientific journals of the Higher Attestation Commission of Russia and indexed in the Scopus database. ...
